Return Policy

At Pet Perks Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept items for exchange or return for a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders and final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Shipping Charges

We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent you an incorrect item. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return or exchange via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS. Keep the return tracking number until you receive your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Price Adjustments

With the original receipt, requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@petperksstore.com. We will issue you a return label to ship the item back and discuss how we can correct the problem.
